Spinning and an Update

Hello, friends old and new! Here is a tiny update as I gradually come back online!  Iā€™m in the process of emerging from a hectic opera season that stole my creative energy, and more importantly, most of my time.  It has been wonderful, however, watching this magical art form and specifically the birth of two profound and drastically different new operas.  As the Coordinator for new works development, I am always glad to see works keeping the art form alive and relevant.

In this video, I am just chatting and catching up while spinning a gradient single. This is a 2-year-old Falkland wool braid that I was saving for a rainy day or when I was low on supplies.  I think both of those things were true while filming!  Moving multiple times and just the cost of living has caused a severe lain of supplies - BUT - the SOS Scholarship materials I requested have arrived.  I look forward to talking about what materials I picked out in a video soon!

Finally, I was recently featured by the School of Sweet Georgia as a Featured Student.  You can read the article and interview Robyn Gibbons at this link:  https://www.schoolofsweetgeorgia.com/featured-student-marjoram-lynn/

Cheers for now!
